The city of Larnaca, located in Cyprus, is set to host the second Karate 1-Series A event of the season from February 16 to 18, 2024.

Following the tournament in Athens, Greece, the series of international events moves to Larnaca, where an eagerly anticipated tournament will take place at the Kition Athletic Centre.

Situated on the southern coast of Cyprus, Larnaca ranks as the third-largest city in the country, following Nicosia and Limassol. With Cyprus emerging as a prominent destination for international Karate events, Larnaca has become a regular host for top-tier Karate competitions in recent years, including the 2023 Karate 1-Series A and the 2023 EKF Cadet, Junior & U21 Championships.

The 2023 Karate 1-Series A in Larnaca saw participation from over 800 athletes representing 70 countries, underscoring the growing popularity of Karate events in Cyprus.
